This is CSX train R240 headed east towards Butlerville, Indiana. R240 was a twice weekly double stack train loaded with parts for a Honda auto plant near Columbus, Ohio. Power was supplied by Southern Pacific, and could run the entire range, from SD45 tunnel motors, to GP60s in Southern Pacific, Rio Grande or Cotten Belt liveries.
