Blizzard! This shot was taken in 1993 during a "Noreaster" that would dump in excess of 3 feet of snow on Sand Patch. Safely at the Holiday Inn, in Cumberland Maryland, along with fellow rail photographer Dave Corsi, we were able to photograph operations in Cumberland and the nearby Narrows. This photograph shows a line of stored GP40's behind the Cumberland shops.
